That is the whole business. No renovations, no light commercial, no chasing work outside the region. One thing, done properly, in one part of the country.
Most of our work is design and build on a client's own section — you own the land, or you are about to, and we take the job from concept through to code compliance. We also build homes of our own, like the one on River Road.

Built under LBP supervision
All restricted building work — foundations, framing, roofing and cladding — is carried out or supervised by an LBP, as the Building Act requires.
