What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in your message. We do not collect anything else through this site, and we do not use advertising trackers.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and to talk with you about a possible build. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone outside GXL Homes Ltd, except where we need to share them with a subcontractor or consultant working on your project, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are current and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

This site

The enquiry form is delivered by a third-party form service based overseas, which forwards your message to our email address. That means your message passes through servers outside New Zealand. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when the page loads.
